Here at Payless Carpet we use a unique carpet and upholstery cleaning process that greatly reduces the dustmite allergen levels in your carpets and furniture. Pre-Carpet Cleaning Inspection:
On arrival, our carpet cleaning technician will walk with you to inspect the area to be cleaned and listen to your concerns. We will point out any carpet areas that may need special attention. We'll also move light furniture where needed.

Pre-Conditioning:
Before carpet cleaning begins, we'll apply special non-toxic, environmentally safe cleaning agents to your carpet to loosen dirt, paying close attention to any problem spots that need special cleaning.

Carpet cleaning method:
We'll decide which carpet cleaning method is best for your carpet. Extraction cleaning, also known as steam cleaning, uses very hot water and is the most common carpet cleaning method. Dry carpet cleaning applies special dry powders which absorb dirt and are then vacuumed up. We also have a special process for berber carpet.

Extraction Carpet Cleaning Step 1:
The first step in steam cleaning your carpet is to spray a very hot water cleaning solution onto your carpet.

Extraction Carpet Cleaning Step 2: The second step in steam cleaning is to use our powerful wand to extract the dirt and cleaning solution from your carpet, rinsing the carpet to be sure all cleaning solution is removed. The powerful suction also removes so much moisture, your clean carpet will dry quickly.

Dupont Teflon Carpet Protection:
Your clean carpet will resist future dirt and spills if you have us treat your carpet with optional Dupont Teflon carpet protector.

Post Carpet Cleaning Inspection:
The final step is to walk with you to inspect the carpet we've cleaned. If you see any areas that you are not 100% satisfied with, we will re-clean those carpet areas right away. We will replace any furniture we moved prior to carpet cleaning.
